add --tor option to send all requests to api.webboot***.onion via tor2web.
if --tor has arguments, use those to determine host of that proxy.
this is a way to send anonymous requests to @webboot.
- add a warning that tor2web will still get the ip, that data just should not make it to our node.
- also make sure we really do not get the ip in the headers of the tor2web proxy.
