I was actually going to try and run as an (installed) setup, but could not get the mongodb to install at the latest version.
Now trying the docker-api image and is failing as below:
/home/pi/build/api-docker/> sudo docker-compose up -d
Pulling db (mongo:4.4.4)...
ERROR: Get "https://registry-1.docker.io/v2/": net/http: request canceled while waiting for connection (Client.Timeout exceeded while awaiting headers)
