Summary

Cross-Chain /status dest retries (Arbitrum, Circle, OFT, PAXG, Stargate, Superchain) are submitted by 0x. Integrators should keep polling. Do not prompt the user to sign dest when manualTransaction is omitted.
Origin refunds stay automatic (refund_pending → refund_succeeded). Dest retry is dest delivery of the bridge buyToken, not an origin refund.
Circle is tracked as a dest retry. CCIP still needs 0x support. bridge_failed is not terminal while dest retry or an origin refund is in progress.

Hold merge until dest retry submit is live on Cross-Chain /status.

Read Handling Failures and Recovery against a dest-retry /status payload (Stargate or Arbitrum): manualTransaction is null, keep polling.
Confirm an Across origin refund example still matches refund_pending → refund_succeeded.
Confirm CCIP copy still says contact 0x, not user-signed dest.
