在上游出现异常相应的时候号池账号信息无法保存，比如我上游额度用完了，此时上游更新了新的模型，我想一起把所有账号的模型都更新一边，此时号池额度用完的账号是无法保存的，貌似是需要等到额度有了之后才会更新
