[New LP] Deploying containers on Graviton-based compute using Amazon ECS Managed Instances

ECS Managed Instances is an alternative "launch type" on ECS. You create a capacity provider and specify instance requirements, then AWS selects an instance type based on the requirements and manages it on your behalf. It's like a middle ground between Fargate and EC2. You can create a capacity provider that filters for only Graviton-based instances, then deploy an Arm-compatible container on an instance type that meets the criteria. That's what this Learning Path's meant to target

I can't test it all the way, though, because I can't create the required IAM roles on Landing Zone. My personal account was deleted because I didn't convert it to a paid account in time. I will need help with validating these steps that should work in theory.
