Repeated failures now prompt Odek to reassess its plan on the next normal model request. It detects three failed attempts at one acceptance check, or three failure batches across different tool calls.
Hints are limited to two per run and preserve acceptance checks, approvals, and budgets. Includes the
plan_reassessmentevent, documentation, regression coverage, and three new scripted evaluations (14 total).Validation: scoped unit and race tests (including the root package), CLI tests, 14/14 evaluations, golangci-lint, and govulncheck passed. Adversarial review completed; timing assertions strengthened.
