feat(rpc): surface NOWNodes, Bitcoin and LUKSO on prod - #2293

Site + spec half of the NOWNodes onboarding, cherry-picked to main (the harness was already shipped via #2284 and #2288; Railway is already emitting the data). Nothing else from dev is included. - bitcoin-rpc (#259) and lukso-rpc (#260): new benches. - NOWNodes added to ethereum-rpc, bnb-rpc, coreum-rpc and the cross-chain rpc-capabilities list. - Real NOWNodes brand mark and official LUKSO logo; Bitcoin and LUKSO registered in CHAINS so they display capitalized; lukso-official registry entry; NOWNodes X handle corrected to @NOWNodes. Cherry-pick of just the NOWNodes / Bitcoin / LUKSO / Coreum work to prod — no other dev changes (no Serialized, no bench-243 region work). The harness is already on main (#2284, #2288) and Railway is emitting the data; this is the site + spec half.
11 files, spec-validated (220 valid), tsc + eslint clean. Worker rebuild after merge to materialize.
