Update BA curriculum with AI review exercises

This PR updates the Business Analysis curriculum to introduce AI-assisted activities across Sprints 2 and 3.

Changes include:

1. adding AI-supported exercises for vision and goals, personas, user stories, business domains, requirements, system boundaries, epics, use cases, and specifications
2. adding AI-related learning objectives where relevant
3. using AI in different roles: reviewer, challenger, formatter, critic, and first-draft generator where appropriate
4. updating IREB RE@Agile references to the current 2.2 section numbering
5. introducing INVEST and acceptance criteria alongside user stories in Sprint 2
6. removing the separate Acceptance Criteria block from Sprint 3 prep
7. adding AI review of user stories and acceptance criteria against INVEST
8. adding AI support for glossary drafting and conceptual data model review in the Business Domains section

Testing:

1. Ran the curriculum locally with Hugo
2. Checked Sprint 2 and Sprint 3 prep pages
3. Verified that the updated content renders correctly
4. Verified that the IREB links are clickable
