Scope

Refresh the product/technical gap baseline and preserve a complete point-in-time exact-head inventory for every open LineageWeave PR. The document records buyer-observed semantic-unit, table, image, ontology, 5W1H, DAG, provider-boundary, and release gaps without real identifiers.
