feat: show project-history lineage counts

Summary

• report authorized project-post, connected-post, and weakly connected evidence-lineage counts from the canonical project-history projection
• render the same counts from the dedicated history, per-post, post Ask, and Global Ask entry points
• document the fail-closed boundary: these DAG counts are not TEPP topic identities

Evidence boundary

Only already-authorized project events and persisted forward post_lineage_edge rows contribute. Isolated posts remain visible but do not become lineages. No topic, theta, causality, or missing TEPP result is invented.
