Current verified head — 2026-09-07 05:42 UTC

Exact published head 8741f16f911454338bc4b285e077045bf0e94fb9 on protected main 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. The new bounded 05:35 checkpoint records published #251 924ad975 and #252 363a78e3, their 100% local coverage and queued exact-head CI, without promoting open-PR code to shipped behavior.

User-requested AGENTS.md lesson: retained receipt recovery is not live-stream recovery; fixture endpoint and connection lifetime must match the claim. Verified prior lessons and all historical checkpoints remain intact. Entire 04:45-and-earlier suffix SHA-256: 105feb3640408da13d2a8c6ff258fa33e211752855a42550d0b76eb9d6b7e3b4.

Test-first 7dafc8ea produced four failures for missing new checkpoint/lesson markers. Read-only review then identified a per-owner false-green publication assertion; regression fb0c9dda reproduced it, and 8741f16f reuses the existing row helper to bind publication/head/parent/coverage separately to #251 and #252. Each owner is mutated independently with old evidence appended outside the bounded section. Review rechecked the fix with no further actionable findings; this is not counted approval.

Final 203 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks passed. Production, workflows, manifests, lockfile and CLAUDE remain unchanged. Actual Edge inspection covered the bounded preview and published baseline plus AGENTS.md at this exact head. The baseline/AGENTS blobs remain identical to visually previewed 2ce9b62a; the final follow-up repairs test assertions and records that repair in CHANGELOG.

Exact-head CI 34087722482 is queued: Rust job 101634873745, coverage job 101634873889. Central required gates remain queued; CodeQL Code Quality is in progress. Local verification is not hosted acceptance.

Fresh five-page exit sweep: 125 open PRs, 12 Ready/113 Draft, 14 open issues, zero unresolved review threads and no pagination gaps. All Ready PRs remain BLOCKED. New issue #292 is a future browser-presentation evidence owner, not implemented acceptance. Main is unchanged, no tags/releases. Ruleset18156473 still requires one counted approval and seven central workflows; sole listed collaborator is the author. No bypass.

Automatic package publishing remains unattempted: protected package publish = false, no Python package/registry publishing workflow, and release evidence plus explicit version decision are still required. Repository/environment secret metadata is empty; organization secrets remain unverified. A transient REST rate-limit error recovered on read-only target retry; no credential values/scopes changed.

Next safe source item is #255 parent adoption preserving stronger closure provenance, not unsafe intermediate #253/#254 delivery. No merge, tag, release, credential/workflow/gate mutation, force push, destructive rebase or self-approval occurred.

Preserved historical PR evidence (not current-head acceptance)

Current published status checkpoint — 2026-09-07 04:45 UTC

Exact head 665e981ce92e42dd13195f794a56c39cb03b37b6, unchanged protected base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. The new bounded checkpoint records published #250 bbdc6ace7a5932adf24836700f806850e6b230bc: local functions/lines/regions/branches 1043/10711/13717/1188, each 100%, with exact CI 34084134654 still queued. It distinguishes actual terminal formatting/coverage failures from the old queued prose, retains pending-request recovery evidence, and makes no release or hosted-acceptance claim.

Test-first 1160196a observed four failures; the final documentation head passes 201 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks. Entire 04:11-and-earlier historical suffix remains byte-identical: SHA-256 e7f39fdd5e71559ac58105fa30c20d4072472befc227d0a2f0a3ffda76a1fbc9. Production, workflows, manifests, lockfile and existing CLAUDE.md are unchanged. The user-requested AGENTS.md lesson requires public-path coverage evidence without weakening exclusions, lint or authority. Current-section regression guards reject appended historical substitutes. Independent source review found no actionable findings; not counted approval.

Actual isolated Edge visual inspection covered the complete rendered checkpoint, published GitHub baseline and updated AGENTS.md; table, evidence caveats and maintenance instructions are readable without observed clipping. Exact-head native CI 34084542183 has Rust 101625960987 and coverage 101625961201 queued; required hosted workflows are not passing acceptance. Local documentation checks do not inherit #250's production coverage.

Latest complete inventory: 125 open PRs, 12 Ready/113 Draft, 13 issues, zero unresolved threads or pagination gaps; all Ready roots BLOCKED. Active rules require counted approval, with only the author listed as collaborator. Automatic publishing remains unattempted because package/release readiness is unmet, not because organization credentials are proven absent. No merge, tag, secret-value access, workflow/gate change or package publication.

Earlier captured checkpoint history

Earlier “current” statements below refer only to their dated checkpoints and do not override this published head or live GitHub APIs.

Current published semantic-action checkpoint

Exact documentation head c73fdbd67193e58368b3113b0fd1030a29266fd6 adds the 2026-09-07 04:11 UTC checkpoint for published #93 82056d13, #95 6b29d890, and #96 cbabf55c, with exact parent links and independently measured coverage. Live inventory remains 125 PRs (12 Ready,113 Draft),13 issues, zero unresolved review threads; protected main 87c4daa and zero releases/tags are unchanged. All Ready candidates remain blocked under current policy.

Baseline197Python contracts passed. Test-first 4a71692b reproduced two missing-checkpoint failures. Now199Python contracts, compileall,CodeGraph and diff checks pass. Entire03:00-and-earlier historical suffix is byte-identical, SHA-256 06a6c89455792a3bde6fc9aceec6df8428609f4b432adfd4afd6e259b03dd6be; production, workflows,AGENTS andCLAUDE unchanged. Current inventory/Ready readers select the new checkpoint; historical publication tests retain their original sections, with mutation guards against historical fallback.

Independent read-only review found no actionable issues; not a counted approval. Actual Edge preview of GitHub-rendered Markdown showed all five columns, three complete coverage rows and caveats without clipping/overlap. Exact published rendering is checked separately. Native source runs34079739018/34080772063/34081979602 andMV3 34079739021 remain queued, not passing evidence. This documentation head cannot inherit their coverage or protected-main acceptance.

The checkpoint records the user's AGENTS lessons and deployment-readiness findings without exposing secrets or treating unavailable organization-secret metadata as absence. No merge, package publication or release is claimed. Next safe work is status receipts and protected-foundation/release evidence under their current owners.

Earlier verified documentation and baseline evidence

Verified maintenance lessons — current documentation head

Exact head de06d65e983da4fb24fc9dd4115fb69c173928dd adds user-requested reusable lessons to AGENTS.md, with the original contract and CLAUDE.md preserved byte-for-byte. Guidance covers resuming existing verification processes, inspecting cross-crate rustdoc links, preserving child behavior and original-connection recovery during parent adoption, and keeping publishing credentials separate from release readiness. The agents-md skill kept additions concise and agent attribution explicit.

Test-first cb1d7f2c reproduced six missing-guidance assertions across two tests. All 197 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass. Independent read-only review found no actionable issues; it is not counted approval. Actual Edge inspection of GitHub-rendered Markdown found the added sections and release caveats readable without clipping or overlap. Production, workflows, prior baseline and CLAUDE are unchanged; no source coverage or protected-main acceptance is transferred.

Automatic publishing was checked, not attempted: protected main core manifest has publish = false; no publishing workflow or Python package manifest is present. Repository/environment secret metadata lists are empty; organization-secret listing returned 403, so organization key availability is unknown. No secret values were accessed, no permission expansion was requested, and no release gate was changed. Release still requires its existing evidence and explicit version decision.

New exact-head checks remain independently required. No merge, tag, package publication or product release is claimed.

Published observation safeguards — 2026-09-07

Current documentation head e81bd58bbf6a8cea8f373cc55738817f99225349, protected base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. The latest bounded checkpoint records published #270 8eda9691 and #271 b0410ae9, their exact parent/coverage evidence and original-connection recovery, without transferring local or queued hosted evidence to browser acceptance.

Baseline 193 contracts passed; test-first 0751ea1e reproduced three missing-checkpoint failures. All 195 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks now pass. Current inventory and Ready-root readers select the newest section; mutation checks reject missing/downgraded current owner rows despite historical copies. The entire 01:45-and-earlier suffix is byte-identical, SHA-256 263b22e977e4899102c91979b5c96ba021ad2ca33dd8e9eff59e1112ceb0120b.

Actual isolated Edge inspection of this exact published baseline shows all five table columns, both full coverage rows, current roster, queued-check caveats and the historical boundary without visible clipping or overlap (/tmp/pr238-safeguards-e81bd58b.png). This verifies documentation presentation, not product-browser acceptance. Independent read-only review remains separate from counted approval.

Fresh native CI 34078216059 is queued: Rust 101608384877, coverage 101608384634; central checks are also pending/queued, with skipped jobs not counted as passing. No production, workflow, authority, merge or release change. Next: downstream semantic-action adoption, status receipts and protected-foundation owners.

Historical dossier — previous exact-head claims preserved

Ready-roster review correction — 2026-09-07

Current exact head 4ac48306d4cf59a4a882a147748748220bb8e8dc retains the published response/observation checkpoint below. Independent review exposed a P2: the Ready-roster test still read the entire day and could accept only historical roster text. Test-first 30bc34b8 restricts it to the latest01:45–00:40 section and fails with zero current roster lines. Fix 4ac48306 reaffirms the twelve live Ready roots there. All193 Python contracts, compileall,CodeGraph anddiff pass; the complete00:40 historical suffix hash remains a82fb296b4160687006cb6a6d38b31168b835948d817372d7fb4b46fd151f988. Read-only follow-up review confirms P2 resolved with no new findings, not counted approval. Hosted checks and final visual evidence remain exact-head-specific in the receipt.

Published response and observation baseline — 2026-09-07

Exact documentation head 0ea2aaf72bd6a33564bd6a60cecd209ed184149d on protected-main base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085 adds the dated #268/#269 publication checkpoint. Compact labels retain full immutable revision links and all four coverage dimensions. Local source evidence, queued exact-head CI/MV3, actual source visual inspection and unreleased product outcomes remain separate. The next dependency is #270's content-aware adoption, not a claimed complete browser workflow.

Test-first 1a906869 reproduced two missing-checkpoint failures. Checkpoint 8d963285 then exposed the existing inventory mutation test: its reader still selected historical counts. Fix 0ea2aaf7 points that existing bounded reader to the newest checkpoint without weakening the mutation test or changing its parser. All193 Python contracts, compileall, healthy CodeGraph and diff checks pass. The entire previous00:40-and-earlier suffix is byte-identical; SHA256 a82fb296b4160687006cb6a6d38b31168b835948d817372d7fb4b46fd151f988.

Fresh sweep retains125openPRs (12Ready/113Draft),13issues,zero unresolved review threads, unchangedmain,no tags/releases. AllReady remainBLOCKED; required approval and seven workflows stay active. Source coverage is not transferred as documentation-head hosted acceptance. Current hosted, independent read-only review and visual results are recorded in the publication receipt. No production, workflow, ruleset, secret, approval, merge, tag orrelease change.

Preserved earlier baseline evidence

Published input evidence baseline — 2026-09-07 00:47 UTC

Exact #238 head 9e83af129059aff600bee1a66d74736a1d1f4acf on protected base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085 records the published #265 e94a2372, #266 e3885f69 and #267 ebd507ae stack without transferring source acceptance to documentation or runtime.

Autoresearch baseline: 189 passing contracts. Test-first 3ceec7eb reproduced four missing current-checkpoint/root/inventory assertions. All 191 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass at this head. Mutation checks reject missing or downgraded current owner rows even with matching historical evidence retained. The entire September 6 suffix is byte-identical, SHA256 27d17e4081265d2c81617544fc62c175613b4df9495a06157f9fdc8a5d2f2c16. Independent read-only review found no actionable findings, not formal approval.

Actual isolated Edge inspection of the published exact-commit table shows all five columns and all three complete coverage rows without horizontal scrolling, clipping or overlap. The in-app browser-control timeout did not become passing evidence. Source and this document's visual checks are GitHub presentation only, not product-browser acceptance.

Current CI 34070832126, Rust job 101587731710 and coverage job 101587731681, is queued. Central checks are queued; skipped jobs are not passing evidence. No source, workflow, gate, approval, protected merge or release changes. Next: #268 parent adoption, then status receipt and protected-foundation prerequisites.

Published descendant checkpoint and visual layout repair

Exact documentation head e57e9308d40f25a774e1898cd31c4b543d0f1e88, unchanged main base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. Records published #263 4868d3e9 and #264 43395711, their verified local/coverage and source screenshot evidence, and fresh complete125-PR/13-issue inventory with zero unresolved review threads. All12 Ready roots remain BLOCKED; one counted approval and seven required workflows remain active. No protected merge or release is claimed.

Test-first 82b75111 reproduced three missing-current-checkpoint failures. The new bounded owner-row tests reject removal or publication-state changes even when complete historical rows remain. Full189 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass. The entire14:54historical suffix is byte-identical to d9e49c0, SHA-256 aba219e8e8e372ff9d784e5910e0b5605175a6fa5d3a713c63e1e5c3c3837689. Rust production is unchanged; source coverage is not this documentation revision's proof.

Actual in-app screenshot of intermediate fb8de504 exposed horizontal table overflow that hid coverage. Regression e7f541d5 then failed for missing compact linked heads. Repair e57e9308 preserves full commit destinations while displaying short labels and a compact coverage heading/legend. The actual published exact-head screenshot now shows all five columns and both complete coverage rows without horizontal scrolling, clipping or overlap. This is GitHub documentation presentation evidence, not product-browser acceptance.

Fresh CI 34067135543 (Rust 101577770904, coverage 101577771065) is queued; required workflows are queued and CodeQL quality 34067133765 is in progress. Advisory success/skipped statuses are not counted approval. Independent read-only baseline review at fb8de50 and final layout-delta review at e57e930 both found no actionable findings; neither is counted approval. Central identity-admission RCA remains separately owned by .github#1929; no credential, workflow, settings, authority or gate changes were made.

Historical baseline checkpoints — evidence applies only to named heads

Subscription repair checkpoint — 16:37 UTC

Current exact documentation head d9e49c0b7c9a208758c62752ec91e181d1fb309a records published #277 46ae62aa31e35c702cd61c16322d05c7a9c35da1, its real 0/2 replacement-reply baseline, repaired 14 focused tests, full source verification and 100% coverage. CI 34045953423 has since completed successfully on that exact source head; protected acceptance remains separate.

Two bounded documentation regressions failed before the update (347e0dbc); all 187 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks now pass. Historical checkpoints are retained unchanged. Source coverage does not prove this documentation revision.

Actual Edge screenshot inspection now verifies the complete published checkpoint at this exact head, including readable hashes and caveats without clipping or overlap. The prior locked-Mac observation is historical. Native CI 34046108386 is successful. Independent read-only baseline review has now completed at d9e49c0 with no actionable findings, including bounded mutation and historical-suffix preservation checks; this is not counted approval. Noema job 101528374787 failed with HTTP502; targeted attempt2 of 34046107190 is now queued on the unchanged head. Central CodeQL dispatch 34050995331 and OpenCode dispatch 34052602488 failed because actor/sender opencode-agent[bot] did not match the configured scheduler identity. These are unfulfilled central gates, not scan/review success. No protected merge, release, workflow or authority change.

Historical documentation checkpoints

Receipt descendant checkpoint

Exact documentation head 8f565945c7ecd83de36aae959bdf6b2257871464 records the verified #259#277 pointer-receipt adoptions at the 16:17 UTC checkpoint. Source local verification, queued hosted checks, actual PR screenshots and remaining subscription/status/session-authority and protected-main asset gaps remain separate.

Test-first 591ca38a failed both new checkpoint/removal tests before the documentation change. The complete 185-test Python suite, compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks pass on this exact documentation head. The 13:35 historical suffix is byte-identical to predecessor efe39b8a (SHA-256 e7402bf27ec8f2641fc8cc18103dbc43f869f3dafde96f54656f0118dbbe6f47). No Rust/source/workflow/authority change; source coverage is not evidence for this documentation revision.

Fresh complete inventory remains 125 PRs, 13 issues, all 12 Ready candidates BLOCKED, unchanged main 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085, and zero releases/tags. Independent read-only review found no actionable findings, not a counted approval. Actual Edge screenshot inspection verified the complete checkpoint table and caveats are readable without clipping or overlap. Current hosted checks remain required. No counted approval, merge or release is claimed.

Pointer receipt baseline follow-up

Exact documentation head efe39b8aa6ae277d7d286fd820ec99c1ecf713f0 on protected main 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085 adds a bounded 15:28 UTC checkpoint for published #257 9451fd8a and #258 5417ce32. It records executed REDs, original-connection recovery, exact source coverage, queued hosted checks and actual source-PR visual evidence; none is promoted to released browser behavior.

Test-first e7b0f615 failed because the checkpoint was missing. e4a4d474 exposed nested-subtest interception in the removal mutation; efe39b8a fixes the assertion handling. All 183 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass. Historical suffix from 13:35 remains byte-identical (SHA-256 e7402bf27ec8f2641fc8cc18103dbc43f869f3dafde96f54656f0118dbbe6f47). No source Rust coverage is claimed for this documentation revision.

Fresh full sweep: 125 open PRs, 12 Ready all BLOCKED, 113 Draft; 13 non-PR issues; only #147 has an unresolved thread; protected main unchanged; zero releases/tags. Remaining work includes descendant adoption, pointer outbound session authority, prerequisite-ordered #249/#250 receipt repair and real-browser acceptance. Current GitHub review and central-workflow gates remain mandatory.

Publication readback and actual Edge inspection of this exact revision's rendered pointer checkpoint are verified: heads, evidence, pending-check caveats and prior-history boundary are readable without observed clipping or overlap. Independent read-only review found no actionable findings; it is not counted approval. Fresh CI 34042542201 and central review/security workflows remain pending or queued, not accepted.

Current receipt-provenance baseline refresh — 2026-09-06 14:57 UTC

Head bb5900e6466ff1d5e68391e2c1ac9602a1d1a0ed on protected main 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085 refreshes the latest baseline to published sender #267 3346d8ecc72932b98ec495d9cc52d6e5727c3064 and response #268 e567af9e678fd4791776df795e89ed666975e6c2. It records their real socket RED/fix lineage, exact local coverage and actual source-PR visual inspection, while keeping their queued hosted checks and unfinished browser outcomes separate.

RED 1016bcb8 demonstrated the missing current checkpoint. Candidate 6abe4009 exposed a second failure: a changed newest inventory count could be hidden by an older checkpoint. Fix bb5900e6 bounds inventory and lineage checks to the new section. All181 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks pass. Independent read-only review found no actionable issue; not a formal approval. This docs-only revision does not claim its own Rust coverage from the source PRs.

Current inventory remains125 open PRs (12 Ready,113 Draft),13 issues,0 releases and0 tags. All Ready candidates remain BLOCKED. Historical text is preserved except the former Ready-root label; normalized suffix SHA256 1980815d134157cd758c877db4acb7d6a99c9664193b3badf400e843d91cb8fc matches the predecessor. Existing author pending review remains untouched.

Next work: pointer/status receipt provenance and the separate pointer outbound session guard in their existing dependency stacks. Current parent/descendant differences must be preserved, not replaced wholesale. Required approval, central checks, source leases and release gates remain intact. Current-head hosted success and product-browser acceptance are not claimed.

Current root and lineage repair — 2026-09-06 14:20 UTC

Published 1488fb48ebf3fb66cd6fb34facc74a42063e371c on base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. RED 0d9278fb failed both latest-root and latest-lineage assertions. The latest bounded section now records the 12 live Ready roots and current #195/#267 lineage; the obsolete queue heading is explicitly historical. The former lineage test is retained as a historical contract. Mutation tests remove current evidence while keeping all older prose and confirm the current checks fail.

All 181 Python tests, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass. Independent read-only review found no actionable finding (not counted approval). Historical content is unchanged except the intentional queue-heading rename; normalizing that heading reproduces prior suffix SHA256 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0. #267's exact source verification and queued CI are recorded separately, not transferred to this documentation revision.

Actual Edge screenshot of the exact-head current queue/lineage section confirms readable roots, head IDs, #267 evidence and the prior-observation boundary, without observed clipping or overlap. This is documentation presentation inspection, not product-browser acceptance. Current CI 34038803124 is queued, including Rust 101501674612 and coverage 101501674455.

Current review repair — 2026-09-06 13:56 UTC

Published 63bd50c8cd8487755eb961faceb3b5cb8805f5ce on protected base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. Actual RED 6fe2af69 reproduced both findings: predecessor evidence appeared current, and historical inventory formatting masked a current-count mutation. Fix 65ff4361 labels the supplement historical and checks only the latest canonical inventory against a dedicated current CHANGELOG entry. Follow-up 63bd50c8 removes the duplicated later count after independent review; reviewer confirmed no remaining findings in that correction (not counted approval).

All 178 Python tests pass at this head; diff checks pass. Historical dated suffix remains unchanged (36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0). #266 adoption and its exact local/queued evidence are recorded separately; this docs revision does not inherit Rust coverage or protected acceptance. CI 34037571044 and current review/security workflows are queued, not passing evidence.

Actual Edge visual inspection of the exact-head rendered historical supplement confirmed readable wrapping, visible historical labels and baseline link, with no observed clipping or overlap. This is documentation presentation inspection, not product-browser acceptance.

Nine missing current-source markers failed at 8d3b20bd before the baseline repair; all 177 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks now pass. The dated historical suffix remains byte-for-byte unchanged (SHA256 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0). Independent read-only review found no actionable findings; no counted approval is claimed.

The new bounded section records executed parent #264 6f331a5b, adopted child #265 7147893c, their own exact local 100% coverage, queued hosted jobs and actual Edge PR-body/Checks visual evidence. Earlier source/adoption statements are explicitly historical. This does not establish protected delivery, product-browser acceptance or release.

Fresh actual Edge visual inspection of this exact documentation commit's rendered session-adoption section is complete: readable wrapping, no observed content clipping or overlap, and current versus prior observation headings remain distinct. This completes the post-publication check that the committed prepublication text left pending. New hosted checks are still separate and are not claimed GREEN.

New visual-boundary assertions were observed failing before correction; all 176 Python tests, compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks pass. Independent read-only review found no remaining actionable findings. The dated historical suffix SHA-256 remains 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0.

Fresh actual Edge screenshots inspected this exact head's rendered delivery checkpoint and current baseline pointer section: readable wrapping and no observed clipping or overlap. This completes the documentation-head inspection that the source text described as pending at its prepublication cut; it does not establish OriginWeave product-browser acceptance. #265 body/Checks were also visually inspected at 35555d0f.

Exact-head CI 34034114359, Security 34034114330, Semgrep 34034114329 and central checks remain queued; CodeQL 34034114327 is pending. No hosted GREEN, counted approval, protected-main acceptance or release is claimed. #264 b4702cd5 is released (5559140277) test-only, with no executed RED or repair yet; next source action is local execution under a new lease.

This three-file baseline/test/CHANGELOG update records #264's published 805051527cf95e14ba126c9dd3159db86d190224, recovered all-PR GraphQL visibility and post-publication actual Edge visual inspection. It corrects predecessor hosted states without transferring them to new revisions.

  • Eight new current-evidence assertions fail at f114a264. A preexisting full-inventory wording assertion then fails at 31a7d4cb; 81e334af retains its truthful current wording. All 172 Python contracts, eight focused tests, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass.
  • Dated historical suffix remains byte-identical: SHA-256 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0.
  • feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264's real repeated-send success/error and raw/typed bypass regressions now pass. Its full Rust 1.97.1 gates and 145 Python contracts pass, with unchanged pinned 100% coverage 1279/13409/17087/1436, artifact 64a62b1e03ee3ed3d62654a3227495e82b7ff93357038ae146d8584c581ac060. Earlier fixture/coverage failures and both contributor histories remain explicit.
  • feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264 predecessor 10f138f8 native CI 34026519860 and actual MV3 34026519878 are terminal success. New 80505152 native CI 34029687813 / Rust 101476824185 / coverage 101476824305 and MV3 34029687816 / 101476824298 are queued.
  • Actual Edge screenshots inspected the new feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264 PR body and Checks page: exact head/base, Draft, three queued checks and readable desktop layout. This does not establish OriginWeave product-browser acceptance or unsupported-target clock portability.
  • Complete five-page GraphQL refresh at 11:19:04 UTC covers 125 PR exact heads/bases/checks/reviews/threads with no remaining nested pagination. Only fix(browser): bound forced-close teardown to one deadline #147 remains unresolved; all 12 Ready roots are BLOCKED. Earlier GraphQL rate-limit failures and REST fallback remain historical diagnostics.
  • Queue 125 PRs (12 Ready, 113 Draft), 13 issues, main 87c4,zero releases/tags and active ruleset 18156473 remain unchanged. One counted approval is still required; the sole collaborator is the author. Independent read-only review is advisory, not counted approval.
  • This document's predecessor 8e6284f5 native CI 34027019757, Rust 101469694749 and coverage 101469694911, is terminal success; nine central review/security jobs were still queued. New exact-head checks are required after this publication.

No product source, workflow, gate, dependency, review identity, merge, tag, release or forced history update changed. Registry-to-transport authentication, unsubscribe provenance, browser causality and #195/#279 foundation delivery remain open.

Post-publication verification

Normal fast-forward publication and the exact live head/base transition were verified. New native CI 34030165220, Rust 101478098592 and coverage 101478098450, is queued; current security/review jobs are also pending. No predecessor result is transferred. The final full GraphQL sweep completed at 11:25:37 UTC, covering all 125 open PRs with no nested truncation: only this documentation head moved since the prior cut, all 12 Ready roots remain BLOCKED, and #147 retains the sole unresolved thread. Fresh main, all 13 issue update identities and empty release/tag inventories were rechecked. Independent read-only review found no actionable documentation finding; the dated suffix remains byte-identical.

Actual Edge also rendered this exact 81e334af baseline in GitHub Preview. Its current-date heading, observation timestamp, source revision and current-versus-historical boundary were readable without observed clipping or overlap in the inspected desktop viewport. This is bounded presentation inspection, not a full accessibility audit or product-browser runtime proof.

This three-file documentation/test/CHANGELOG update records published #264 10f138f8787d596e8b556fe50c9e4e52bc1295b7 without transferring old source measurements or queued hosted work to current acceptance.

  • Eight current-evidence assertions failed at b447b637; final 172 Python contracts, compileall, CodeGraph and diff checks pass. Independent read-only review found no actionable evidence, preservation or boundary finding; it is not counted approval.
  • The dated historical tail remains byte-identical, SHA-256 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0.
  • feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264's four actual-socket original-registry REDs now pass at send, receipt/event admission and document mutation. Original moves/cloned witnesses remain valid; owner destruction cannot give a replacement registry the retained identity. Its final full Rust gates and 145 Python contracts pass, with unchanged coverage 1278/13371/17056/1434, all 100%, artifact 9f5b4942d6a040a83f09593a2b81406c44bc9d2b402fa995a95294ce8e9cbb7e. • feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264 native CI 34026519860 and MV3 34026519878 are queued; registry-to-transport authentication, same-connection actual-resend freshness, unsubscribe lifetime, browser causality and feat(network): write bounded BiDi WebSocket opening request #195/Restore exact-head documentation verification without reintroducing full CI queue load #279 protected prerequisites remain unresolved.
  • Complete GraphQL queue/check/review/thread reads and 12/14 expanded histories were verified through 10:00:47 UTC. The later inventory and minimal GraphQL probe both failed with a rate-limit error; REST inventory and all 375 check-run/status/review reads for 125 current PRs completed at 10:12:37 UTC, with no read errors or new submitted reviews. REST is not fresh thread-resolution or merge-decision evidence.
  • Queue remains 125 PRs (12 Ready, 113 Draft), 13 issues, protected main 87c4..., zero releases/tags. Current rules require one counted approval and seven central workflows; the only collaborator remains the author. No gate, workflow, product source, dependency, merge, tag or release changed.

Fresh exact-head native CI 34027019757 is pending with Rust 101469694749 and coverage 101469694911 queued. Central review/security runs are also queued; a skipped scan is not passing evidence.

Writer release: task 01a06c0f-b427-7830-b654-9addcdfe7aff releases this bounded #238 documentation writer after normal publication. No #238/#264 source writer is retained. Existing scheduler prompt update remains failed (too_many_active_automations); no duplicate schedule or unrelated-task pause was created.

Preserved acquisition and preceding verification

Active bounded documentation writer — 2026-09-06 10:09 UTC

Task 01a06c0f-b427-7830-b654-9addcdfe7aff acquires only the #238 volatile baseline/test/CHANGELOG refresh at verified 70b9a9862319417c7664d0b90b64a58a0ace57d8, protected base 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. The prior documentation writer was explicitly released, and the #264 registry writer is now released at published 10f138f8.

This slice records that new exact source, its four real-socket RED-to-GREEN ownership boundaries, final full local verification and 100% coverage, the preserved intermediate coverage/lint failures, fresh queued hosted runs and remaining original registry-to-transport/resend/browser prerequisites. The dated historical tail and all prior contributor evidence must remain intact. The next document commit requires new exact-head checks. No product-source, workflow, dependency, gate, merge, tag or release mutation is included. Writer release will be explicit.

This documentation-only refresh records #264's published integration after explicit writer release, preserving both complete contributor histories and keeping earlier failures attached to their tested predecessors.

  • Eight current-evidence assertions failed at test-first 545551f0; all 172 Python contracts now pass, as do compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks. Independent read-only review found no actionable inaccuracy; this is not counted approval.
  • The dated historical snapshot remains byte-identical: SHA-256 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0.
  • Published feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264 2a9fdc5418b9af10353cdad0f6f6470655bf457d preserves both full private bd29f405 and released remote 52cff969 histories by ordinary merges. The final source passed complete Rust gates, 145 Python contracts and exact 100% function/line/region/branch coverage at 1273/13317/16984/1432; artifact SHA-256 f7e71e6fd67723688535053c389b4ff718c4563b403924af462848d3d51b541f. Exact CI 34024499232 remains queued and feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264 remains Draft. Private bd29 measurements and remote8eb formatting/coverage failures remain historical, not current acceptance.
  • test(browser): bound ordinary teardown to one deadline #150's native success still does not override its exact-head real-browser failure; [Governance] Repair MV3 workflow ownership and sandbox contract #212 owns the sandboxed helper/runtime follow-up.
  • All 125 open PRs (12 Ready, 113 Draft), 13 issues, exact heads/checks/reviews/threads, protected main, rules, collaborator inventory and empty releases/tags were refreshed. Follow-up reads completed 12 truncated thread and 14 review histories. fix(browser): bound forced-close teardown to one deadline #147 retains the sole unresolved thread. All 12 Ready roots are blocked; current rules still require counted approval and seven central workflows, and the collaborator inventory contains only the author.
  • The hourly-task owner attempted the existing prompt-only update, received too_many_active_automations, then reported unchanged prompt/timestamp/cadence/enabled/notification fields. No scheduling improvement, duplicate creation or unrelated pause is claimed.

Fresh exact-head native CI 34024970188 is queued: Rust 101464209833, coverage 101464209701. Central checks remain pending. No predecessor result transfers to this new head; no source/workflow/dependency/gate/merge/tag/release change occurred in this documentation slice.

The normal push and live remote head were verified. Documentation writer released after publication and verification; no #238 or #264 writer claim is retained.

Earlier exact-head observations — historical only

Current delivery-baseline refresh

Exact head: 7ca86a2f546adf3a0af3fec41d97675115db384d; protected base: 87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. Ready/non-draft remains a queue state, not merge authorization.

This documentation-only cut separates #150's successful native CI from its failed real-browser acceptance, records the fully verified but unpublished #264 repair checkpoint versus an independently moving remote writer, and refreshes all 125 PR review/check/thread states. It preserves the complete historical snapshot and both contributors' valid source deltas.

  • Extended documentation contract: six remote-quality evidence assertions failed before this correction; all 172 Python contracts now pass, as do compileall, CodeGraph sync and diff checks.
  • Historical snapshot SHA-256 remains 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0.
  • test(browser): bound ordinary teardown to one deadline #150 6ab7fc9166f397f49442243492ae88d6ccad56cf: native CI 34018588292 succeeds; MV3 34018588298 fails all four lanes at 0/3. Exact artifact 9985228944 and stage-limited diagnostics are handed to #212.
  • feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264's unpublished bd29f405a6c927b2f7d1c437dccbfb8bcec424f1 passes 23 focused / 144 Python / complete Rust gates and exact 1273/13311/16973/1432 coverage. None of that proof transfers to another writer's remote head. Coordination request preserves both lineages; no competing push or force operation occurred.
  • Exact remote feat(network): bind navigation events to active subscriptions #264 8ebcc6131a5dd6bf0b4720c2f1ff8d40d1cc39f8 was checked without tracked modifications: check, strict Clippy and 145 Python contracts pass, but formatting fails in five files and exact coverage fails at lines 13327/13330 and regions 17004/17008. Functions 1274/1274 and branches 1434/1434 are covered. The existing coordination comment records the artifact, source cause and both contributors' preservation map. Neither tree proves combined-source acceptance; no shared-source integration or writer acknowledgement occurred.
  • Independent read-only review found no factual or preservation error in this documentation delta; it is not counted approval.
  • Fresh current-head native CI 34022635038: Rust 101457886872 and coverage 101457886710 are queued, alongside central checks. Skipped jobs are not passing evidence.
  • Inventory: 125 open PRs, 12 Ready / 113 Draft, 13 issues, no releases or tags. All Ready roots remain blocked; fix(browser): bound forced-close teardown to one deadline #147 retains the sole unresolved thread. Current ruleset still requires counted approval and seven central workflows.

No production code, workflow, provider, approval gate, browser acceptance or release state changes in this PR.

No production/workflow/gate changes in this documentation lane.

A realistic consistency regression first failed on eight absent current-evidence markers; all171 repository contracts now pass, along with compileall,CodeGraph sync and diff checks. Historical August29 snapshot SHA256 remains 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0.

Exit sweep refreshed all125 PRs,13issues,releases/tags,375REST review/check/status records and all review threads without leftover pagination. Twelve Ready roots remain BLOCKED; #147 remains the sole unresolved thread; active rules require a counted approval but collaborator inventory still contains only the author. Protected main unchanged;0releases/tags. Prior-head native CI34018002926 now succeeds, but cannot validate this new head. No merge, release, authority bypass or browser-runtime completion claimed.

Earlier evidence (historical, not current acceptance)

Current live baseline

Exact #238 source head is a2600ee8422c69cf5af60e3ea41fbc3bcb7cfaf4, directly on protected main@87c4daa1830bac5a5228b6036752ad5633232085. The checked-in baseline now separates the September 6 verified cut from the preserved September 5 observations and immutable older snapshot. Live PR/base/head/check APIs remain authoritative.

Safe teardown-successor topology

The former #252#253#254#255 order remains repaired so protected integration need not promote unsafe intermediate evidence claims. #253 can still emit OperationallyComplete from caller-supplied teardown booleans; #254 observes bounded transport closure but cannot bind that closure to the exact acknowledged connection. #255 contains both valid deltas plus the later connection-generation provenance repair and therefore remains the safe successor directly on #252. #253/#254 stay open until complete successor delivery is proven; they are not closed merely to reduce queue count.

The non-force topology chain now has terminal repository-native exact-head evidence on every already-restacked generation:

These results validate those exact trees only. They do not cure the deeper protected-main lineage defect below, transfer central security/review evidence, or make pairwise mergeability equivalent to safe protected integration.

#263 typed unsubscribe — hosted RED to exact-head GREEN

#263 was non-force repaired onto #277 at 37ae698c4a9e12d2fabf821ae5b910ea8a35ab8a to use exact NavigationCommittedUnsubscribe command-family provenance, reject invalid deadlines before correlation, retire only proven local no-write failures, retain ambiguous-write correlation, and prevent same-id cross-command response consumption.

Exact 37ae698c... CI 34006176797 failed with two causal diagnostics: canonical rustfmt had not been applied, and exact production coverage localized one uncovered line to the real typed unsubscribe send frame-error arm. Current #263 exact 3f22de94b63da83eaa8b5b1270912b21a3ecd006 applies the canonical formatting and exercises that arm through a realistic loopback RFC 6455 adjacent-mask-key MalformedFrame no-write path.

Exact CI 34009256997 is terminal success. Rust contracts job 101422055630 passed Python repository contracts, formatting, locked workspace checks, full tests, strict Clippy and rustdoc. Production coverage job 101422055538 passed measurement, diagnostics upload and exact coverage enforcement. This validates only #263's exact tree; it does not transfer foundation, central security/review or real-Chromium acceptance.

Stale-tree foundation recovery at the earliest owner point

Historical whole-tree repair 5c111d0db6c363f9d1786c21cc01c5c7398007bd restored an opening-write prerequisite while also removing unrelated valid protected product/source/test/documentation assets, including the product-gap baseline and BAP/MCP/release-acceptance/evidence/TLS contracts. That remains a repair finding rather than an intentional deletion.

PR #195 remains exact 63997bcf555e2c5c8e91ba287734ffba3837a1b7, Draft/open/mergeable on #193 6922dd98779e8f8aad132a3b1f563d7ba6e6d070, with the WebDriver BiDi opening-write delta preserved. The recovery restored protected product/evidence contracts, reconciled architecture/index/ADR/product/MCP documentation, repaired the gap snapshot's self-staleness contract, restored protected .github/dependabot.yml, corrected the BAP Proposed-lifecycle formatting regression, and restored the exact signed cross-platform artifacts release-contract phrase without copying a whole protected tree over later browser work.

Exact-current #195 evidence is now exercised rather than queued. CI 34013251657 completed failure: Rust contracts job 101432585450 checked out exact 63997bcf... and failed only at Check Python repository contracts, while Production coverage job 101432585502 completed success including exact enforcement. MV3 34013251651 also completed success.

The two remaining failures are protected-workflow mismatches, not product-source defects. test_ci_validates_the_exact_pull_request_head expects the protected workflow/repository-scoped concurrency identity ${{ github.workflow }}-${{ github.repository }}, while the historical #195 tree still carries PR/ref-only grouping. test_branch_coverage_uses_one_current_date_pinned_nightly expects three uses of nightly-2026-08-18, while #195 still carries nightly-2026-08-01. The restored contracts therefore fail closed on the exact head while coverage/MV3 remain healthy.

Scheduled product ownership does not edit .github/workflows/** or weaken those tests. The fresh exact job evidence was handed to canonical workflow-owner issue #279 in comment 5557341445 (superseding the earlier queued-state note). PR #242 still targets pre-recovery #195 48eb2d23009c1c804520dd5efcd0d4d072aacef1; descendants must wait for an authorized current-workflow reconstruction on the repaired foundation, then adopt that verified foundation content-aware/non-destructively and regenerate exact-head evidence.

Browser/runtime and central-control owners

#148 remains fail-closed consumer evidence after removing all --no-sandbox: repository CI succeeded, while hosted Chrome 150.0.7871.129 real-browser lanes failed at secure session creation. #43 separately proved the least-privilege chrome_sandbox helper mechanics on its own leaf generation. #212 remains the authorized current-workflow owner for reconstructing those mechanics without restoring --no-sandbox or transferring leaf GREEN.

Issue #279 owns the exercised stale-CI-generation prerequisite exposed by #195's restored repository contracts. Existing CodeQL dispatch→verdict failures remain owned by ContextualWisdomLab/.github#712; leaf workflow duplication or gate weakening is not an acceptable substitute.

The active organization ruleset remains 18156473: one approving review, stale-review dismissal after push, required review-thread resolution, extra approval for unattributed changes, seven central required workflows, and deletion/non-fast-forward prohibitions.

Current #238 evidence

The interrupted source refresh is now published at a2600ee8422c69cf5af60e3ea41fbc3bcb7cfaf4. New regression expectations reproduced 18 missing-evidence assertions; the first full replay caught duplicate current inventory counts. After the four-file documentation/test repair, all 170 Python contracts, compileall, diff checks, and CodeGraph synchronization pass. The dated snapshot tail is byte-preserved (SHA256 36e67a1cd850f4fd74e6e36a46948ee04915fe2bda36ec36074f62f1fc08eef0).

The September 6 sweep refreshed every open PR's head/base, reviews, checks and combined statuses; the smaller GraphQL query also refreshed thread resolution with no unfinished pagination. #147 retained the sole unresolved thread; all twelve Ready roots were BLOCKED. A later GraphQL request was rate-limited again, so the earlier successful snapshot is not represented as a continuously live connection.

Historical 6f80f3a... native CI and Strix succeeded; Noema and CodeQL failed. Those results do not validate this new head, whose hosted checks must run independently. The new cut also records #37's actual 900-second local Strix deadline and the distinct #148 historical 0/3 crash result, without promoting wrapper status labels to root causes.

No workflow/ruleset/secret mutation, self-approval, bypass, force update, destructive rebase, protected merge, tag, release or publication is performed by this update.

The PR updates the live product baseline and its validation contracts, but currently records August 29, 2026 evidence before that date has occurred, which can publish an inaccurate project state and make the tests enforce it. Correct the recorded date and add the missing marker validation before merging.

Current-head update: pushed 6e5c0af after verifying remote fast-forward from 9625854. The maintenance record now binds the prior same-day observation to 114 open PRs (30 ready, 84 draft), and the 13-row table explicitly distinguishes 11 open issues from 2 governance signals. Added regression contracts for both claims and updated CHANGELOG.md. Verification: 155 Python tests passed, compileall passed, git diff --check passed. Current hosted checks are pending; mergeable=true but mergeable_state=blocked and no counted approval is present.

Fresh post-publication correction for current baseline e81bd58bbf6a8cea8f373cc55738817f99225349: #271 b0410ae92bd20eaf31d09b7d49390e13cb045999 now has a new independent review finding (#issuecomment-5564452414) after this documentation checkpoint was published. The finding is an OriginWeave action→postcondition provenance gap: positive text post-condition verification takes a fresh caller expected_text, while the outstanding command/typed-input lifecycle does not structurally bind the originally authorized text/action intent. Therefore the current baseline's earlier “independent review ... no actionable findings” statement is temporally accurate for its review cut but must not be read as current #271 review clearance. Next bounded #238 refresh should record this finding and its eventual RED→repair exact-head evidence; do not transfer #271's existing local/queued evidence to that successor.

Post-publication buyer-gap delta for the next bounded baseline refresh: #292 now owns the real presentation-identity Chromium adapter that #229 explicitly left unimplemented. Standards review on 2026-09-07 found current WebDriver BiDi can cover viewport/DPR, screen area, locale, reduced-motion, timezone and User-Agent, but not the complete #229 profile; a pure-BiDi path therefore cannot claim full presentation admission. #292 records the fail-closed per-revision capability boundary and the narrowly typed pinned-Chromium CDP fallback for missing surfaces, with real pre-script/post-observation Chromium acceptance. This comment does not change #238's existing historical checkpoint or transfer any source/browser GREEN; incorporate it only through the next test-first current-section refresh.

Correction to the correction, after resolving stale W3C index/cache evidence against the canonical latest-published document on 2026-09-07: 3 September 2026 is the current published WebDriver BiDi Working Draft. https://www.w3.org/TR/webdriver-bidi/ now resolves to https://www.w3.org/TR/2026/WD-webdriver-bidi-20260903/, whose cover page explicitly says “W3C Working Draft, 3 September 2026” and lists the 1 September 2026 draft as the previous version. The 18 August result previously cited here came from a lagging publication-index surface and must not be used as current-standard evidence.

Therefore the earlier review 5115358764 was directionally correct on the date-staleness point, although its source verification was not sufficiently robust at the time. #292/#293 should update current-standard traceability from 18 Aug to 3 Sep, or explicitly document 18 Aug as an intentional compatibility pin and analyze the delta. This correction does not by itself establish any behavioral change in the relevant presentation-emulation commands; the separate Screen/color-depth and ordered-languages capability findings remain independently verified against the 3 Sep draft.

Pull request overview

OpenCode could not approve from deterministic current-head evidence because GitHub Checks have failed.

Findings

1. HIGH Current-head GitHub Checks - Fix failed required checks before approval

  • Problem: Failed same-head checks remain for 8741f16f911454338bc4b285e077045bf0e94fb9.
  • Root cause: The model-unavailable evidence fallback is allowed only when peer GitHub Checks are complete and clean.
  • Fix: Read and fix the failed check logs below, then rerun the current-head checks.
  • Regression test: Keep the model-unavailable fallback gated on an empty failed-check rollup.
