Adds an exclusion for the click and scroll heatmap feature, which is no longer supported.

Scope of the exclusion:

  • the /o/actions endpoint
  • the on-site heatmap overlay it serves
  • the tokens minted to view a heatmap

Page view analytics in the views plugin are explicitly not covered and remain in scope, since that part of the plugin is still supported and enabled by default.

The wording also keeps the door open for anything that reaches further: where a root cause found through /o/actions is reachable on a supported surface too, it is assessed on that surface rather than dismissed. This mirrors how exclusion 9 handles a surface that is going away.

Only this file carries the bounty policy. The SECURITY.md on release.24.05 and in countly-platform are short disclosure stubs without the exclusions list, and docs/SECURITY.md is the developer guidelines document, so none of them need the same edit.

The click and scroll heatmap feature is no longer supported, so findings limited to it,
including the /o/actions endpoint and the tokens minted to view a heatmap, are not
bounty eligible. Reports remain welcome and anything that reaches a supported surface is
still assessed there.

Page view analytics in the views plugin are unaffected and stay in scope.
