What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Kubernetes Explorer supports a native OpenTelemetry setup, but the page documenting it lives under Containers and isn't reachable from the standalone Collector setup flow. Someone deploying a Collector into Kubernetes has no signal that the Explorer is an option.

This PR adds a single lead-in sentence to the Kubernetes section of the deployment page, where the reader has already established both relevant facts: they're on Kubernetes, and they're configuring a standalone Collector.

Add a lead-in to the Kubernetes deployment section pointing to the
OpenTelemetry setup for Kubernetes Explorer, so readers deploying a
standalone Collector in Kubernetes can find it.
