I am writing to report an intermittent issue with WaEnhancer. I am currently using SukiSU Ultra as my root solution.
The module works perfectly for a period of time, but then suddenly throws the "Error detected: Version not compatible - Bridge Failed" error.
To temporarily fix this, I have to clear the cache and force stop WhatsApp (and sometimes WaEnhancer), after which it starts working again. However, this is a recurring cycle, and I have to repeat these exact steps every time it happens.
I read your recent post regarding root managers like SukiSU, Magisk, and KernelSU, and how they might fail to apply the sepolicy.rule correctly, causing SELinux policies to drop and break the bridge connection.
My setup:
· Root Manager: SukiSU Ultra (Latest version)
· WhatsApp Version: 2.26.34.75
· LSPosed: Latest JingMatrix build
· WaEnhancer Version: 1.5.5CED5040C]
Since this seems to be related to the root manager not maintaining the SELinux policies continuously, is there a specific setting or a workaround in SukiSU Ultra to prevent this bridge from dropping? Or is this a known issue you are working on?
