Creates linked author profile pages for Matthew Akamatsu and Joel Chan using verified affiliations, publications, talks, and authoritative profiles. Links existing team cards, authored content, resources, and metadata to the matching profiles. Includes Matt's University of Washington Biology profile and Joel's existing personal website. Validation: pnpm install --frozen-lockfile and pnpm ci:validate passed. A separate delegated review was completed and its finding was resolved.
