Pragmas are misplaced

I have the following pragmas at the top of my main.cpp file and when I merge all my files into one output file, they are placed right above my main, but for optimization pragmas to be work they need to be at the top of the file.

These are the pragmas I'm talking about:

#pragma GCC optimize("Ofast")
#pragma GCC optimize("inline")
#pragma GCC option("arch=native","tune=native","no-zero-upper")
#pragma GCC target("avx")
