A malformed comment left manage_live_stream.rb unparseable, breaking all eight live-stream operations on first access. Schema alignment against fixed.yaml: * Add 360p and 360 to GetMediaDetailResponseSourceResolution, which previously raised on decode for 360p assets * Add optimizeAudio to LiveMediaClips * Add title to AudioTrack, SubtitleTrack, VideoTrack, VideoTrackForGetAll * Remove url from UpdateTrackRequest (BREAKING: passing url: now raises) Revert the operations-layer portion of the GetMediaResponse rename. The spec renamed the component schema, not the operation, so Operations::GetMediaResponse is restored for consistency with GetMediaRequest and GetMediaResponseBody.
