01 / CUSTOMER SUPPORT A customer support project with interfaces for tickets, conversations, agents, and knowledge management. The React frontend connects to an Express backend for authentication, application data, and the AI support workflow.

02 / FRONTEND EXPERIMENT An experimental Hinglish technology dashboard with AI-generated content, category filters, and cached requests. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, with TanStack Query for data fetching and a server-side Groq integration.

03 / DEVELOPER TOOLING A reusable Node.js and Express starter for building REST APIs, with separate layers for requests, business logic, and database access. Includes JWT authentication, Joi validation, Redis caching, BullMQ email jobs, and structured logging.

I care about visual hierarchy, reusable components, and what happens between a user's action and the response.
Design notes / What I pay attention to
Start with the main action.
Make the page's purpose clear through layout, spacing, and typography.
Design the other states.
Loading, empty, error, and success states deserve the same attention as the initial screen.
Give interactions a purpose.
Use motion to explain a change, acknowledge an action, or guide attention.
Keep the implementation understandable.
Use clear component boundaries and separate API logic from presentation.
Check beyond the desktop view.
Review small screens, keyboard navigation, focus states, and readable contrast.
