SettleAsync 认知复杂度 17 超过 Sonar S3776 阈值 15，把逐快照 条目发奖循环等价拆为私有方法 SettleSnapshotEntriesAsync，主方法 收敛为编排调用；无效视图与名次未命中规则的跳过语义逐字保持， 公共 API 不变，核算拆后复杂度约 7 与 5。 Linear: GFX-802
