skills/based-mining/SKILL.md teaches an agent
to use the BASED x402 endpoints on Base: read live pool stats, price hashpower,
calculate solo block odds, check a miner's round status and payout estimate,
buy hashpower in $10 blocks, and buy Megapot lottery tickets. Everything is paid
in USDC through x402, so an agent with a funded wallet can do all of it without
a human in the loop.
The skill is a single portable Markdown file with YAML frontmatter. Drop it into any agent that reads skills.
