In the Changelog page, contributors are currently listed as a bulletin, which take up significant vertical space, especially in the PDF documentation(~700 pages). This PR updates the contributor list using a comma-separate list instead. To avoid long lines, this PR writes one name per line, with trailing comma.
Need to note that, in the Draft Changelog at https://github.com/GenericMappingTools/pygmt/releases, contributors are comma-separated.
