Refresh the visual design system (colors, spacing, shadows, radii, transitions) in style.css: sticky gradient nav, polished cards/buttons/ badges/tables/modal with subtle motion, refined light and dark palettes, accessible focus states, and a sticky footer via a new <main> wrapper in base.html. All existing class names, element IDs, and JS-driven DOM structure are preserved untouched, so no functionality changes.

The nav bar (Dashboard/Settings/Profile/Admin/Logout) was rendering on the login screen even though the user isn't authenticated yet and none of those links are meaningful there. Only render <nav> when current_user.is_authenticated, and guard the hamburger-menu JS so it no-ops cleanly on pages without a nav instead of throwing on null.
