The previous pin (d366bf2) lived on the feature branch and became unreachable once PR #103 was squash-merged; evaluation used the published module pseudo-version which no longer resolves.

The previous eyrie pin (d366bf2) was a feature-branch commit that became unreachable after PR #103 was squash-merged to a8dd5d0, breaking all submodule-clone CI jobs on main. Re-pin external/eyrie and go.mod to the merged commit.
