Plotly has no built-in theme support and the Plot Studio chart was hardcoded to a white/black academic style regardless of app theme. The chart now follows isDarkMode (paper/plot background, grid, axis, legend, hover, modebar colors), while SVG/PNG exports stay pinned to the light/academic theme to preserve the publication-figure look, keeping the currently zoomed range instead of autoranging to all data.
