Describe the bug
When you pin the Select Mode in the toolbar it does not correctly communicate if the Select Mode is active or not. The button does not get highlighted and sometimes refuses to change its state.
To Reproduce
- Pin Select Mode to Toolbar.
- Press it. You would expect the icon to light up, it does not.
- If you switch applications the icon will stay active without indication, OR if the icon is lit up pressing it again will disable the select mode but the icon will remain lit up. The UI does not seem to be refreshed.
Expected behavior
The icon should light up when Select Mode is active and grey out when it's inactive.
