[BUG] Container datamate-runtime seem to have incompatible versions of Pandas and Ray

It there seems to be a bug when invoking an operator which calls DataJuicer, due to incompability of libraries installed in container "runtime". Container "runtime" has Pandas version 3.0.0 and Ray 2.5.3. They seem to be incompatible. Need to downgrade Pandas to 1.5.3? Check.
