The star history chart links in the root README and the TransMLA README point to the old star-history.com chart endpoint, which is currently broken because GitHub's stargazer API no longer serves the data it depends on. Switch both image and link to star-history.dera.page, an API-key-free mirror of the same charting tool backed by a different data source, so the charts render again. Also migrate the root README's link from the outdated ?repos= query form to the hash-based URL format used by the mirror.

The Star History charts in the root README and the TransMLA README no longer render: the chart backend they point to relies on the GitHub stargazer API, which has since restricted access, so the /chart endpoint is currently broken.
This change repoints both charts to star-history.dera.page, a mirror of the same charting tool that uses a token-free data source, restoring the charts without requiring any API key. The root README link is also updated from the obsolete ?repos= query string to the mirror's hash-based URL format. No other content is touched.
