feat(sandbox): add delegated access tokens

Summary

• Add delegated sandbox token lifecycle methods and a separate token authenticated sandbox handle.
• Document the flow and bump the Maven artifact and default user agent to 0.1.2.

Verification

• Maven test suite passed before the version correction.
• The POM and user agent now report 0.1.2.
