Better processing of form results into yaml

Processing is working somewhat, but needs more polishing, especially regarding tags we can extract automatically from the form response data

Things to check next time:

• Updated column names with last change of google form
• Extracting description values from text field
• Tag generation based on info entered in form
• Verify the support-like fields are filled correctly based on options in the form
• Add automatic conversion rules for values entered as a range (e.g. <=40 variables) and for scientific notation (e.g. 10^7)
