THRUSTFLAG fed into THRUSTFLAGS, which is also used by the host-compiled %-thrust: %-thrust.cc rule (built with nvc++, not nvcc). --extended-lambda is nvcc-only, so it broke nstream-host-thrust/transpose-host-thrust builds. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Random initialization is necessary to see some performance issues.
