sketch-bench#95/PR#104 added a real CountMinSketchWithHeap wrapper (cms-heap family), but its params (rows/cols only — top_k is compile-time, Frequency/TopK is two registry variants not a param) don't map cleanly onto ASAPQuery's own grid (depth/width/heapsize/count_events). Updates the 3c section of the implementation plan with a terse, dated status list of what's left before that data is usable.
Docs only, no code changes.
