Planning record for intent itd-3, codebase mapping, from the planning interview on 2026-09-15. No code changes.

  • itd-3 moves from drafts to planned with five acceptance criteria, a mechanism claim, five stamped scope conditions, and recorded grounds; abcd intent ready itd-3 reports READY.
  • Spec spc-2609152218094570 designs the host-delegated map command (emit, ingest, render), the refs.jsonl record family beside findings.jsonl and tests.jsonl, and review -kind refs; web anchors only, no confidence field, resolution is the host's job.
  • Terminal-session anchoring is split off as draft itd-2609152113364815 rather than deferred inside itd-3.
  • A decomposition calibration note grades the initial routing against the confirmed one.
  • One decision-log line records the planning choices.

Moves itd-3 from drafts to planned with its acceptance criteria, mechanism
claim, five stamped scope conditions, and grounds; mints and links its spec,
spc-2609152218094570, which designs the host-delegated `map` command, the
`refs.jsonl` record family, and `review -kind refs`. Terminal-session
anchoring is a different problem and is filed as its own draft,
itd-2609152113364815, with its three known obstacles as open questions. The
decomposition calibration note records the routing and grades it against the
maintainer's confirmation. One decision-log line records the planning choices.
