Add environment snapshot operations links

Summary

• Add a results view for environment snapshot hashes so operators can inspect results collected from the same snapshot.
• Link Result Detail and Profile Operations Overview snapshot rows to the new view.
• Add profile attribution context and UI for trigger/manual/legacy result matching.

Validation

• .venv/bin/python result_server/tests/run_result_server_tests.py -> 378 passed, 5 warnings
• Verified on dev2 with fncx-dev2.service restarted and active.
