- Keep the latest goal visible when it falls outside the paged transcript window.
- Preserve transcript ordering and cursor behavior across remote desktop and mobile clients.
- Version the remote protocol to reject incompatible goal-anchor semantics.
- Add database, IPC, snapshot, synchronization, and compatibility regression coverage.
- Add latest-goal database IPC procedure - Include out-of-window goals in remote snapshots and hydration - Bump remote protocol to v6 and update coverage tests
