[Bug]: Cancelling the delete file confirmation still refreshes the UI

Description

When clicking either "No" or the close button on the delete file dialogue, the UI gets refreshed anyways.

Expected Behavior

The file shouldn't be deleted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Right click on an entry.
2. Click "Move file(s) to trash".
3. Click either "No" or the close button.
4. The UI is refreshed.

I'm not able to reproduce this on macOS or Fedora, are you sure the file is being deleted and it's not just the UI refreshing?

Double checked, and yeah, it was just the UI refreshing. That should still probably be fixed, though.

(I had assumed the file was being deleted, as I was working with a large amount of files that aren't organized any particular way, and the UI refresh would reset my scroll position, so it was hard to notice the entry wasn't actually removed.)
