Fix quarterly tag drift between fork and upstream - #4479
Merged
vvbandeira merged 1 commit intoAug 27, 2026
Conversation
The quarterly tag workflow ran on both the fork and upstream. Each side made its own annotated tag object for the same commit. The two tag objects did not match, so a plain `git fetch` between the fork and upstream failed on the tag. Now the tag workflow runs only on the upstream repo. The fork sync workflow copies the exact tag object from upstream instead. Signed-off-by: Vitor Bandeira <vvbandeira@precisioninno.com>

🔍 QoR checkMetrics reflect the PR merge build — i.e. what will land on the target branch. Advisory — results are log-only and do not affect build status. The authoritative QoR gate remains the local rules-file check. Commit 62 design(s) checked — 0 with regression(s), 0 without a comparable baseline.
