docs(blog): update archive repair evidence and remaining gaps

The archive-deletion article still said its repair was pending. Update it with a dated review: the original three regressions now pass, but further probes found an unarchived directory-to-file replacement selected for deletion and an absent-lock branch that permits overlapping ownership.

The update records the reopened repair and keeps the distinction between synthetic evidence and production outcomes. Title, excerpt, slug, and existing OG card remain current.

Validation: all 21 archive tests passed in independent source review; isolated probes pinned to the repair commit reproduced both gaps with deletion intercepted. Scoped source hooks, strict frontmatter validation, redaction-enabled sync, full Jekyll build, rendered-page assertions, and visual inspection of the update and OG card passed. Website commit hooks passed. Production machine review is attached separately for this head.
