MCP should support write operations

What is the feature you'd like to have?
Would love to see MCP support for write operations (rename function, manage types, save database, etc).

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
Ability to run python commands through MCP is acceptable too (see #8343)

From what I can see everything you've mentioned is already available:

• bn_symbol_define and bn_symbol_rename exist for defining and renaming symbols.
• bn_open_item_save can save an open database.
• There's 15 different tools for defining, deleting, and otherwise interacting with types, including bn_type_define, bn_type_delete,bn_type_rename.

Can you share more about what your LLM tried and the manner in which it failed that led you to believe this functionality did not exist?
