`ant-client` and `ant-node` drifted this run. Every other recorded repo

## Classification

Every drifted record is **metadata-only** and is stamped here. No record was
ambiguous and no documented surface changed, so no prose PR and no manual-review
issues were opened.

- **ant-client** (`50b4370 → a954ec8`): the only tree difference between the two
commits is `.github/workflows/ci.yml`, which raises the CI timeout for the
merkle testnet job from 60 to 90 minutes. No CLI command, flag, Rust module,
or documented behaviour changed, so every ant-client-citing page is
metadata-only.
- **ant-node** (`661e68a → c776441`): the change is an internal replication
optimization (a new Proposed ADR-0011, "capacity-gated source discovery")
plus its storage and replication implementation and test helpers. A
storage-full node stops re-probing its close group for keys it has already
authorized but cannot store, deferring them by an internal
`CAPACITY_BLOCKED_RETRY` constant. The change states no wire, storage, or
public-API change in a default build; the new constant is `pub(crate)` and the
new `CapacityVerdict` type is re-exported only within the crate. The
`NodeBuilder`, `NodeConfig`, and `RunningNode` symbols the "embed a node" page
documents are untouched. No documented surface changed, so every
ant-node-citing page is metadata-only.

## Pages updated (22 pages, 28 blocks)

For each drifted page, only the `<!-- verification: ... -->` block whose
`source_commit` matched the recorded `ant-client` or `ant-node` SHA had its
`source_commit` and `verified_date` refreshed. Blocks for non-drifted repos (for
example the `ant-sdk` and `ant-protocol` blocks on multi-repo pages) were left
byte-identical. No prose changed.

## Skill

`skills/start/version.json` and the `skills/start/SKILL.md` frontmatter had the
`ant-client` and `ant-node` values in their `verified_commits` maps refreshed
(key set unchanged; no other repo drifted). The `SKILL.md` body names no surface
that changed in this window, so the body is unchanged. The `version`,
`published_date`, and `CHANGELOG.md` are unchanged — this is a metadata-only
skill stamp, so the linked skill release is not triggered.
