Let's enable using Blueprints v2 and Data Liberation importers via wp-cli. They're built in a generic way that should combine well with any runner.
@zaerl already explored running the Data Liberation importer in this PR WordPress/wordpress-playground#2104
Other useful commands could be:
- Apply a Blueprint to an existing site
- Import a directory / url / anything supported by create-wp-site
- ... what else ? ...
- Create a new WordPress site from a Blueprint (maybe as a
wp blueprint command that would just passthrough everything into the blueprints.phar runner?)
