Holding this generated release PR as draft until #1114 merges and Release Please regenerates this branch. The current beta.12 head predates the AdCP 3.2.0-beta.11 schema adoption, so merging it now would publish the SDK ordinal without the intended protocol update. After regeneration, require green CI and a fresh independent approval on the final head.

The beta.11 adoption is now merged, and this branch correctly regenerated to SDK 8.0.0-beta.12. Keep this release PR draft until packaging fix #1120 merges and Release Please regenerates the head: the current head fails the downstream import smoke because the sdist omits schemas/cache/3.2.0-beta.11. #1120 reproduces and fixes that exact failure and adds a manifest-pin regression assertion.
