Add TODOforAI 0.1.44

Adds TODOforAI so ACP clients can discover and launch it.

What it is: cloud-hosted agents with the user's own devices attached — shell, files and tools run on the user's machines through a local bridge, while the editor gets ACP-native streaming, diff review and permission prompts. Agent settings are exposed as session modes.

Distribution: npx @todoforai/cli@0.1.44 acp (Node ≥ 20, published on npm).

Auth: agent-type device-login — authenticate opens the browser for a device-code login and polls for approval; session/new returns AUTH_REQUIRED until then. Verified locally with verify_agents.py --auth-check --agent todoforai in a clean HOME (Auth OK: device-login(agent)).
