I used the Microcks story as base - https://microcks.io/documentation/references/examples/
I have added their JSON Schema (which needs upgrading) to this repo and their two examples.
I will create more examples of the train travel API as well as an APIs.json to show how it can be applied to multiple files.
I have also added an issue to add as APIs.json property - apis-json/api-json#106
