Show comments in command tree

Hi,

Thanks for this extension, very useful!

One feature idea: It would be great if g-code comments like (DRILL FIRST SCREW HOLE) were shown in the command tree. Maybe even indenting the commands after. Could make it a lot easier to get an overview of what's going on :) .

@tiktuk Hi thanks for the suggestion. I think that could be a great idea. Ideally configured with a checkbox in the settings if someone does not want to do so.

I think the only issue might be when we have multiple lines of comments before a section of code, i.e. :

( CUT OFF / TRANSFER ) ( TOOL 02 - .118 CUT OFF )

I took that out of one of my lathe programs. I'm wondering if we should have it look for a character somewhat like jsdoc or similar. Maybe a ! or @ in the beginning of the comment you would want output to the tree. Could be useful if we implement functionality to take a gcode file and generate a PDF shop doc from it.

Thoughts?
