Reviewed exact head e09395c against base 3619221. Standards and behavior reviews found no blockers. Both invoice responses are binary strings with unchanged Project/ImpersonateUserId security; no paths/models removed. Other generated changes cover domain renewal pricing, runtimes, labels, and image gravity. Generated the Console Web SDK from this PR spec and verified eight positional/object, impersonated/non-impersonated URL cases with encoded IDs and zero HTTP calls. Validate Specs and Greptile checks pass. Live invoice navigation was not tested. Merging this spec-only PR independently; #108 remains held for generated-example correctness defects.
