Determine whether to enable the default
query_parallel_scheduler_backendbased on the value of theBEMAN_EXECUTION_WITH_DEFAULT_PARALLEL_SCHEDULER_BACKENDmacro rather than whether it is defined. This is more consistent with the corresponding CMake option.
