The release now uses v0.4.9.1 as the name in pypi but creates v0.4.9.1, v0.4.91, and nanopb-v0.4.9.1 tags in git. We only support `<major>.<minor>.<version>` for remote plugins so this required manual edits to update requirements.txt to use 0.4.9.1.
