I think i have resolved the previous exception.Now I have extracted your github project and ran in my local.
I have created a database with name "notes_app" (no tables were created).Now i have the following issue:

Bonjour , pour résoudre ce problème on est besoin de bien configurer notre fichier " application.properties", on spécifiant notre username et password pour notre local (wamps ou xamp ) . pour moi je suis connecté avec root et password vide comme indiqué ci-joint.
