This PR seems to have an extra accidental file ([h_cleanup start=W⠳⠖↓⸨L⠊W⠶N⠁W⸩↑⸨L⠝⸩ZCL⠁↓⸨L⠊⸩Z](https://github.com/daisy/MathCAT/pull/695/changes#diff-d3c92d4e909be2a35434ea8ef01670dd7db3e858d61fe68b711ebee5d27024ae)). I'll do the merge and then remove it.
Update: I was mistaken -- this merge removed the file.
