computeplugin manifest to release v0.8.0-dev.11 ofdatum-cloud/compute.Every platform's download URL now points at the
v0.8.0-dev.11release assets, and eachsha256was refreshed from that release'schecksums.txt. Catalog CI will validate the schema, resolve each URL, and verify each checksum.The catalog
